By accessing or using Phocus Daily, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Phocus Daily is a photo management app that helps you organize your camera roll by reviewing photos daily. The App operates entirely on your device and does not upload your photos to any external server.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Phocus Daily. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

When you choose to delete photos through Phocus Daily, those photos are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" album, where they remain recoverable for approximately 30 days (per Apple's standard behavior). After that period, photos are permanently deleted by your device's operating system.
You are solely responsible for your decision to delete photos. We recommend reviewing the Recently Deleted album periodically to recover any photos deleted by mistake.
Phocus Daily offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Phocus Daily, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Payton Thompson and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. In summary: your photos never leave your device, and we do not collect personal data.
Phocus Daily is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payton Thompson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or photos. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
